We can create webinars or face-to-face sessions that look at the range of problem types that children need to able to tackle within the primary curriculum. We would examine the range of skills needed to solve each type of problem and how to teach these skills to ensure that our children have the confidence, strategies and resilience to tackle them. “I’ve really enjoyed teaching maths using the First4Maths EYFS package. The videos are really useful to go back to and remind yourself how to introduce new concepts and they give a wide range of differentiated ideas. Each term you are building on what has gone before revisiting the previous learning and making the next focused step. Another nice thing is the monthly Zoom for any queries that you might have. There is always advice on hand and the chance to discuss things with colleagues.”
