Schools can be confident that they will receive support that is tailored to their needs and will have an impact on the children and families within their community. We have many years of experience as consultants and understand the need to liaise closely with schools to ensure that practice can be developed effectively whilst understanding the challenges that face practitioners on a daily basis.
Toni Priddey
Director & Mathematics Consultant
Toni has been a Director and Mathematics Consultant at First4Maths since establishing the company in October 2011.
Julie Lush
Mathematics Consultant
Julie has worked as a class teacher in Cheshire and Halton schools for 16 years, teaching across most of the Primary Phase.
Laura Brown
Mathematics Consultant
Laura worked as a class teacher in Merseyside and Cheshire for 14 years, teaching across KS1 and KS2.
Taryn Rennocks
Associate Mathematics Consultant
Taryn joined the team in August 2022 after working as a class teacher for
8 years.
Elie Chandler
Associate Mathematics Consultant
Elie joined the First4Maths team in September 2023. Elie is passionate about the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Chris Priddey

Chris joined the team in September 2022 bringing with him a wealth of leadership and management experience.
Naomi Lush
Digital Media Editor
Naomi joined the team in September 2022. She is responsible for editing and enhancing the digital media content for our First4Maths Academy.
The team at First4Maths gain the trust and respect of the teachers that they work with by setting out clear expectations for changes needed, the rationale for those changes and how they will result in improvements in the standards and delivery of mathematics. All members within our team offer the opportunity to plan and teach alongside teachers within our schools to model how our training can be delivered within their own classroom.
